Here the boat is after & you plainly see the reflections off the trailer on the hull sides i was still a bit apprehensive about mooring the boat for any length of time in saltwater as bob did not do the bottom (other than what was visible from the bow/sides).. Then you disconnect the boat at the bow stand and simply push the boat off the trailer. bunk trailers usually take a little more pushing effort. then with the rope you guide the boat to the dock and tie it up. the second way is for the more experienced boater and might take some practice. once the trailer is in the water from the dock get in.
Take the boat to a marina, launch it and pay to keep it moored and stored while you travel home, do the work and return, or you can jack the boat up off the trailer, pull the trailer out from under and put it back when the work is finished.. What are you doing to the trailer? honestly, the best way is to put the boat in the water. taking a baot off a trailer on land, without the proper lifting equipment is a giant pita.. You then raise the tongue to take weight off of the rear of the trailer. if that cant be done, you have to lack up the stern and then block. go a little at a time to keep minimise the tendency of the vessel to roll over sideways..
